Define the product before choosing the machine

The first decision is not the machine model. It is the liquid, bottle, closure, capacity and hygiene requirement. Water, juice, tea, carbonated drinks, edible oil and daily chemical liquids need different filling methods and different upstream or downstream equipment.

Check the full production line, not only the filler

Many buyers ask for a filling machine, but a working factory usually needs water treatment, bottle blowing, rinsing, filling, capping, labeling, coding, shrink packing, conveying and spare parts. A complete list prevents unexpected cost after quotation.

• Confirm whether bottle blowing is needed or bottles are purchased outside.
• Plan labeling, date coding, carton packing or shrink wrapping from the beginning.
• Reserve space for inspection, maintenance and operator access.

Prepare utility and factory information

Reliable quotation depends on factory details. Voltage, compressed air, water quality, drainage, floor plan and workshop height affect the machine configuration and installation plan.

• Voltage and frequency at your destination country.
• Available water source, compressed air and drainage conditions.
• Factory layout drawing or simple measurements with inlet and outlet direction.

Compare suppliers by clarity, not only price

A very low price may ignore equipment scope, material quality, automation level, spare parts or packing. Compare quotations line by line and ask what is included in shipment, installation guidance and after-sales support.

• Machine list and quantity.
• Main material, filling valve type and control system.
• Packing method, warranty, spare parts and online support.
